Southern Connecticut State University will again host its Drone Academy this spring, starting April 10.
The non-credit program helps hobbyists and working professionals who want to learn more about safe drone operation, capturing high quality aerial photography and videography, preparing for the FAA-certification exam and gaining an introductory understanding of landscape mapping and 3D modeling.
Each of the five models can be completed as a stand-alone class, so the program is customizable for the needs of the students.
